Ownership and Management

Qaumiyyah: Jurnal Hukum Tata Negara is an institutional journal published and managed by the Department of Islamic Constitutional Law, Faculty of Sharia, State Islamic University Datokarama Palu, Indonesia. The journal has been published since 2020 and carries E-ISSN 2775-0299.

The publisher provides the institutional framework for the journal's operation. The Editor-in-Chief and editorial team oversee manuscript assessment, selection of reviewers, editorial decisions, and preparation of accepted articles. The current editorial personnel and their affiliations are listed on the Editorial Team page.

Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit, relevance to the journal's scope, the quality of the evidence and analysis, and publication ethics. They must be independent of personal relationships, institutional pressure, and the payment of publication charges. Conflicts involving editors are managed through assessment by an uninvolved editor.
