Access Policy

Qaumiyyah: Jurnal Hukum Tata Negara provides open access to its published scholarly content. Readers may access article information and available full-text files through the journal website without a subscription or reader payment.

Open access to reading and downloading is distinct from permission to reproduce, adapt, or redistribute a work. Reuse must comply with the copyright and licence terms expressly attached to the article; authorship, source, and the DOI should be acknowledged appropriately. Public availability alone should not be interpreted as permission for unrestricted reuse.

The journal's Article Processing Charges page sets out any applicable author-side publication charges. Such charges concern publication services and do not create a fee for readers to access published articles or guarantee acceptance of a submission.

Registration is used for activities such as manuscript submission and editorial correspondence. Access to confidential submissions, reviewer reports, and editorial records is restricted to authorised participants in the editorial process.
