License

Articles published in Qaumiyyah: Jurnal Hukum Tata Negara under this policy are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International licence (CC BY-NC 4.0). Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication.

Permitted reuse

Users may copy, redistribute, and adapt the licensed material in any medium or format for non-commercial purposes. This includes scholarly sharing, teaching, research, and repository distribution, provided the licence conditions are met.

  • Attribution: credit the author(s), acknowledge the original publication in Qaumiyyah, retain relevant notices, provide a link to the source and licence, and identify any changes. Attribution must not imply endorsement by the authors or journal.
  • NonCommercial: reuse must not be primarily directed towards commercial advantage or monetary compensation.
  • No additional restrictions: users must not impose legal or technological restrictions that prevent others from exercising the rights the licence permits.

Permissions and excluded material

Commercial reuse requires separate permission from the relevant copyright holder. Third-party material identified as excluded from the article's licence requires permission from its respective rights holder, unless another lawful basis for reuse applies. Statutory exceptions and public-domain material remain unaffected.

The full legal code governs use of licensed material. An earlier article's expressly stated licence continues to govern that article.
